1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhisperLover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using WhisperLover, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Account Registration

You may register using Google OAuth, Discord OAuth, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Content Policy

WhisperLover provides AI-generated character interactions that may include adult content. All characters are entirely fictional and AI-generated. No real persons are depicted or referenced. Users may toggle NSFW content on or off within their profile settings.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Non-consensual content without clear fictional framing
• Real person depictions without consent
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through SubscribeStar. Credit packs are available via cryptocurrency payments through Coingate. All payments are subject to the respective payment processor's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are handled according to SubscribeStar's refund policy. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

WhisperLover and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WhisperLover and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-created characters remain the intellectual property of their creators.

8. Limitation of Liability

WhisperLover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
